Amazing food! Criminally underrated! My new favorite in the area! Fresh clean water, and the cucumber yuzuade is delicious and refreshing if you're not a water enthusiast. Good service and ambiance. Quaint intimate interior

So tasty and reminds me of Asia!! The broth is rich creamy but not greasy or salty and you can taste a hint of dashi which I love! The karaage is juicy, tender, with a citrous sauce that pairs so well together.

Was in the mood for a warm cozy meal on the drive home after a chilly day at Channel Islands. I commented that I have yet to find a satisfying ramen like the ones I've had on trips to Asia, so my companions suggested we try Kansui because of the reviews. Everything was super yum! We had the bao, tonkotsu, ginger shoyo wonton and yuzu shio wonton ramen. Each one was absolutely delicious! Service was great. We were thrilled we stopped in!

Taking advantage of the combo special $40 for 1 appetizer 1 dessert and 2 ramen. Any kind. Place is small and clean. It's a nice place to hangout with friends for some desert and ramen. Service is friendly and fast. Our server is super sweet. Karagge chicken is almost like a teriyaki chicken but saltier. Personally, I like my Karagge in smaller pieces not like a chicken tender size. It came in 3 big pieces top with thinly sliced onion ( half caramelized ) sauces are like teriyaki chicken but more saltier. I got a yuzu ramen. Which is very good. I forgot what other ramen I got. Then yuzu ice cream. Which is a vanilla ice cream drizzled with yuzu marmalade. It's a pretty solid ramen place for our area. Definitely will be back. Thanks Kansui ramen.

First time trying this new small ramen place in our community. Located in a nice center by gelsen's market. The customer service was also inviting when we walked in. The menu seemed.unique and had great choices to choose from. We ordered one pork and 1 chicken ramen bowls. Both were really yummy to be honest. I just wish we had more broth and vegetables in our bowls. Solid choice for a quick plate of ramen. Nice job. 4stars.

Really cool Ramen spot, with a nice layout and inside/outside seating. A little small on the inside but still comfortable. We stopped by and were able to pick our seat once we walked in. Our server was good, they helped us with some solid suggestions and valuable opinions on the menu. I went with Tonkotsu Ramen w/ chicken and regular spice level. My wife went with the Tan-Tan Ramen w/ pork. Originally, I wanted the Tan-Tan Ramen but I wasn't feeling adventurous today. I also made my meal a combo (which I kind of wish I didn't, since I didn't really feel like it was worth the $7 up charge) it added a house salad and your choice of a rice bowl. The house salad was really tasty and refreshing! For the rice bowl I ordered the chicken karaage, good flavor but I'm really not too fond of dark meat chicken, overall still solid. I also ordered the Cucumber Yuzunade, I wasn't familiar with the yuzu fruit so I was pleasantly surprised by the sweetness and crisp finish provided by the cucumber would definitely recommend giving it try. The star was the main dish, the Tonkotsu Ramen was flavorful and savory only thing I wish is that I had more broth! Overall, great spot and would definitely recommend coming here for good meal!

Wowie :o tonight I was craving some warm comfort food and ramen came to mind. I've been eyeing Kansui Ramen for a while, if I was honest with you I was reluctant to try, BUT only because I've never tried tonkotsu ramen before. I love ramen and I haven't really explored besides miso ramen. Tonight was the night, I ordered the tonkotsu ramen combo w/ the salmon poke bowl and the chicken karaage rice bowl. All I can say is yes, yesss and yes. Everything I had ordered was delicious! I can now say that I have tried tonkotsu ramen before and it definitely will not be the last. The ramen was so flavorful, I was nervous about the noodles, but the noodles were cooked perfectly as well. The chicken karaage is supposed to be one of their popular dishes and I can see why. It's crispy, juicy and flavorful. The only criticism I have is that there was a tiny bone in my salmon poke, but that didn't stop me from grubbin and lovin on my food. Overall, I enjoyed everything I had ordered from Kansui Ramen and I will 100% be back for more.

Best ramen off the 101. The broths are rich and tasty, the noodles cooked well, and the meats are high quality. Their rice bowls are also delicious if you don't want ramen. My only wish is that they'd offer different noodle types as well as more meat besides just char siu and sous vide chicken. Some spicy ground pork would be perfect for their tan tan men ramen for example. It is a bit pricey too, but what isn't these days...

Happy that I finally got to try Kansui Ramen as it's been on my list to try for a while now. Ramen is always better in the moment but with traveling I opted to take it to go. Hence my review might be a little lower than some others but happy to share all of the positives about this place. Calling in my order for takeout I was super impressed with the service right off the bat. The girl that took my call was super bubbly and friendly. She was very organized and efficient over the phone and sweet. When I arrived to pickup my food it was ready right on time and nicely packaged. The same gal that took my phone order cashed me out and she was just as lovely in person. The restaurant itself is darling. Upon pulling up I was a little bummed that I wasn't actually dining in as this restaurant is very cute and cozy. Loved the neon signage and the layout is nice. This restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating which is a win. Definitely would come back to dine inside as this restaurant was clean and looked very nice. Prices were average, $18 for ramen not bad at all. The ramen itself id give a solid 4 stars. I got just a classic tonkotsu and was very pleased with it. The broth was creamy and well balanced. Seasoned egg was average but I liked the texture of the bamboo a lot. I think the reason I dock this one star down is that while it was good it wasn't anything special. I was definitely content with it and it's a good bowl of ramen, there are just others in the area I like a tad bit more. I'm pretty picky on my pork and the pork option here was fine, no frills. If you are a ramen lover this place will definitely satisfy your craving and it was good and tasty. Would I come back? Definitely and would love to eat in next time and even try some of their appetizers which looked good. Happy to have another stellar ramen spot on this side of town.
